Now let's think about OURSELVES for a moment from beyond the fences of what society depicted as the norm. From outside of the walls of mediocrity, or outside every lesson learned throughout our schooling, outside what religion taught us and every method of mind control that the government handed down to stop us from discovering our true identities. Now with all those aspects cleared, let’s take a trip inside our minds for a minute and look inside it to establish and notify ourselves of when was the last time we took the time out, in this busy world, to ask ourselves the question; WHO AM I?

The Question? [Who am I?]

I can still remember the nervousness I felt when I pounced upon this question as I listened to a       podcast from the great Dean Graziosi. Thediscomfort that I felt egotistically, was somewhat related to the first time that I stepped onto a football field to play my first finals as a football player. The tenacity, the urge, the fear, the guilt, the fight was just all too real with my soul as I could sense every bit of my ego crumbling to pieces. My nights became restless, my days became meaningless as I challenged by mind daily to establish down to its very last nerves; WHAT IS MY TRUE PURPOSE? But firstly I had to discover who is Kmar Henry? It was then I had realized that in order to discover this, one must be able to manage their ego, firstly, and then take their mind on an extremely slow boat-ride down the stream to things and factors that make us who we are today. Bear in mind though, that this might not be easy as all the good and bad experiences in your life will now be placed at the forefront of your brain, like a holocaust weighing down a victim’s mind or a predator chasing down it's prey. However, you can find peace knowing that this act will only let you unfold thoughts within your being that you have never discovered before and even new energies. You will be able to know where all those good and bad habits came from, where did you develop those great personalities or even those unscrupulous characteristics like low self esteem, lacking confidence, no integrity or even no dignity just to name a few. Let's admit, growing up seemed endless if you asked me, we thought that we had enough time in the world to make those mistakes, while having fun and just recover later, but let's ask ourselves for a second; How many times have we actually taken the time to recover? Hmm.... Can you recall that first day at work and being on the job, you pinched yourself and asked "when did I get here?". Then you went to live on your own and then that first bill came to your post, and then every word from your parent/s starts to echo in the back of your mind of how much life isn't easy. But how many of us can safely say that we made career choices based on what we loved, and NOT on what was easy or was just available at the time? How many of us can match our character with our jobs and safely say that we are doing what we love? Let's think about how easy it would have been if we were taking the time out to ask these questions, from early, or even being taught to ask ourselves these things. Or maybe too much was being emphasized on finding a job than actually finding the right job that suits YOU?

Tie Your Purpose with your Goals

So we've gotten the 'Who Am I' question out
the way, now we have to dig a little bit deeper to expose that talent, skill, idea, hobby or trait that we had from as early as age 12 to present, that
we still enjoy doing. Again, let's think about
ourselves for a moment, and look back at that one thing that our friends always exude exuberance when they start to describe us. Yes, this one
aspect of ourselves might just be our pursuit to
happiness, if we just work on it some more.
Remember we were always taught about
working hard on the things that we are weak or
just not good at, but just think about it for a second; just what could happen to me as a person if I started to work endlessly on my strong points, skills, character or talent? If we look at the most talented or richest people in the world, we will see that they possess this natural ability to work on their skills or
talent daily without break or losing enthusiasm. From the great Muhammad Ali, Michael Jordan,
Bill Gates, Warren Buffet to even Christiano Ronaldo, do you ever once stopped and looked at how
hard they work? Yes, they all had talent and skill, but only a few persons could be listed in their fields when it comes onto working hard and being dedicated, although the passion was evident in their
DNA's. All they ever owned and established as goals were accomplished through doing just this;
Intertwining or tying their purpose with their goals. So why can't we do the same?

Stay Present throughout YOUR Journey

Our journeys through life will always be filled with speed bumps along the way, some bumps
might be the size of a hill, while others will be the size of a mountain. However, they might
both seem the same size if we don't apply the
lessons that these bumps are always trying to
teach us at hand to climb effortlessly in the
future. We are all blessed with wonderful
talents, skills, traits and attributes that have
been within us by way of genes from birth or
garnered over a period of time through
association, it is those that are willing to work on them and use them wisely that always
become moguls, winners and legends in the
long run. So let's take this with us daily and
apply these principles within our lives.

'What a liberation to realize that the voice in my head is not who I am. Who I am then? The one
who sees that.   -Eckhart Tolle-
